Manage the procedures and policies for maintaining, updating, and upgrading voice communications software applications and hardware. Oversee and manage the training and efforts of staff responsible for system and network planning activities and make sure that there is uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication. May have bachelor’s degrees in public relations, communications, marketing and other related fields. Oversee the design and implementation of networks for voice communications and ensure access to all its features and facilities, including voicemails, telephone networks, and PBX or ACD. Experienced in LAN/WAN environment management, LAN/WAN administration, LAN/WAN performance tuning, LAN/WAN software and hardware maintenance, and have strong LAN/WAN network diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. May be proficient in database programming languages such as ORACLE, SQL, Transact-SQL, SYBASE, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); and other relevant computer programming languages such as MySQL, jQuery, Oracle, Java Script, Angular, CSS, HTML 5, Apache, Node.js, Beans, Python, Bash, C, C++, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and so on.
