Pilot the affairs of marketing and advertising campaigns and promote the goods and services of the organization. Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of the web marketing plans. Serve as the intermediary between information technology teams and the marketing department. Work closely with design and content management team to ensure site meets marketing objectives. Monitor site access patterns to adjust strategies and plans. May have certifications in marketing, business management, internet marketing, customer support or customer relation, social media marketing, and so on. Experience in SEO policies and standards are paramount. Requires understanding of web technologies, ability to conduct market research, ability to implement marketing plans, and ability to maintain customer relations and create customer loyalty. Generate traffics to the business’ website and social media handles to attract new customers for the organization. Work with relevant team members and other department to devise the strategies to use in increasing the customer conversion rate across all online platforms used by the organization.
