Accountable for operations budgeting and cost estimations, including salaries, service delivery charges, and web operations inventories. Responsible for web operations staff planning, staff training, staff duty coordination, and staff mentoring. Responsible for product and service delivery through all organizational web platforms. Make provision for implementation of the best online web services and ensure that the project requirements set by the organization are met. Work with the web operations team and other departments to brainstorm with other managers for the generation of new ideas and distribution of tasks. Apply different techniques for the identification and resolution of web issues, provide solutions to web operation problems, and conquer all hacking threats. Review the organization’s web activities and online business promotion operations and use the knowledge gained to make recommendations and implement recommended solutions. May have certifications or be experienced in business management, project management, marketing, internet marketing, social media marketing, and so on. Require experience with web technologies and web page design. Experience in SEO policies and standards are paramount.
