Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, including website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity. Administer e-mail, telephone calls, chat, and FTP services. Provide web technical reports, complete requests for new service, determine methodology for installing web software/hardware, and determine the appropriateness of moderate web application changes and modifications. Communicate router configuration changes and troubleshoot system errors and bugs. Maintain servers, create monitoring reports and logs, and ensure functionality of links. Monitor for acceptable performance and user accessibility. May have certifications in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, software development, and so on. Proficient in database programming languages such as ORACLE, SQL, Transact-SQL, SYBASE, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); and other relevant computer programming languages such as MySQL, jQuery, Oracle, Java Script, Angular, CSS, HTML 5, Apache, Node.js, Beans, Python, C, C++, Network+, Security+, and so on.
