Maintain configuration management documents for reference purposes and develop practical improvements to enhance training efficiency. Define data configuration requirements, develop system configuration procedures, design automation tools to support configuration procedures, and ensure that the system configuration is implemented according to customer needs. Educate employees about training policies and practices, assist in developing tools to support daily training management activities, follow and enforce training management policies and practices, and analyze and solve configuration problems.
