Electronic Mail Coordinator on GSA STARS II Small Business IDIQ take-charge of the email needs of the organization. They coordinate the email team and define email marketing strategy that meets the organization’s goals and objectives. See to the success of every email campaign embarked upon including email writing, email delivery scheduling, email database handling, and email success reporting. Have degrees in Computer science or email marketing among other relevant certifications. Have extensive knowledge of relational database theory, database administration, data modeling, data analysis, database design, repository creation, data architecture, data warehouse modeling, database management reporting, and so on. Proficient in database programming languages such as ORACLE, SQL, Postgre-SQL, Transact-SQL, SYBASE, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); and other relevant computer programming languages such as MySQL, jQuery, Oracle, Java Script, Angular, CSS, HTML 5, Apache, Node.js, Beans, Postgre, Python, C, C++; and high-level applications such as Server Reporting Services (SRS), Tableau, Pentaho, Matillion, and so on. Monitor mail servers and routing and coordinate organizational hierarchical security levels on databases. Have excellent communication skills that enhance customer support services, telephone support, and end user troubleshooting requests. Understand and strictly follow information security and confidentiality guidelines. Have excellent email organization and coordination skills. Operate and maintain all types of electronic mailing equipment, with excellent computer operating skills. Take charge of all email delivery initiatives of the organization and provide training for employees on all aspects of sorting, handling, and delivery of mail. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create, analyze, and schedule the organization’s email campaigns. Work closely with all necessary departments – sales, content writing, marketing, graphic design, and products design – to achieve all email marketing aims of driving sales. Analyze, make report, and document the performance and success of every email campaign to ensure improvement in subsequent email outreaches.
