Work with the Senior ERP Business Analyst to maintain and enhance all resource-control applications of the organization such as the Oracle operating units and interfaces. Consult the different IT development teams and user groups in determining project requirements in line with the organization’s needs. Serve as business subject matter expert associated with enterprise applications. Design, develop, and implement organizational Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects. Apply functional business operations knowledge to design and customize workflow systems that provide seamless integration for client/server software and hardware applications. Explore all aspects of the business – automated systems, unautomated computer systems, and physical infrastructure – to identify areas that need design enhancements to improve business efficiency. Write functional requirements, develop test plans, and work to resolve product, procurement, and distribution issues. Provide routine production support through ERP business solutions by developing, registering, and maintaining Oracle customizations and interfaces; and coordinating their transition to the production system for the support and maintenance of human resources systems and operations to meet business requirements. Collaborate the Senior ERP Business Analyst and the ERP Programmer to train end users on the use of business process software and hardware applications that can streamline enterprise workflow for efficiency.
