Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Business Systems Analyst Senior on GSA STARS II Small Business IDIQ provide strategic business analysis services to businesses. Business Systems Analyst work closely with business units to gain an in-depth understanding of the business’ strategy, operations, services, road map, and the context in which the company operates. This role will be the key to understanding the capabilities needed to meet business challenges. They are responsible for reviewing specific business processes from end to end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. And to identify opportunities to improve system efficiency. Have degrees in business administration, economics, statistics, marketing or any other relevant certification. Expert and experienced in business analysis, business requirements analysis, data analysis, project management, SQL, Microsoft office, Microsoft SQL Server. Experienced in programming languages such as MySQL, jQuery, Oracle, Java Script, Angular, CSS, HTML, Apache, Node.js, Beans, Postgre, Python, C, C++, and so on. Analyze and define ways to restructure the business to ensure business efficiency and optimum output. Participate in joint application development sessions and meet with developers to define, analyze, and document system needs for staff, clients, and end users. Oversee resource allocation to minimize wastage and optimize profits. Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation. Analyze and synthesize business needs, including pattern recognition and visualization processes. Understand and negotiate multi-stakeholder needs and expectations. Act as a link between operations and information technology to assist or collect business necessities needed for system modifications, enhancements, and applications. Demonstrate a strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any time, strong relationship building, and communication skills. Possess up-to-date knowledge in information systems and apply this to developing, implementing, and improving business processes by providing advice and guidance to businesses in applying today’s best practices. Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs, manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep other staffs up-to-date on project results. Use both formal and informal written communication methods (emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists and many more methods) to report updates and results; and facilitate project meetings and presentations for all types of audiences (senior management staff, business clients, technical staff) to facilitate simplicity and ensure that clients completely understand analysis results.
