Recommend to management the support or non-support of evaluated PC products in line with organizational overall objectives. Provide advisory services to individuals and organizations that need PC software and hardware products. Participate in the development and customization of PC products (both hardware and software) to meet specific needs for individuals and organizations. Educate IT staff in the organization on the process of troubleshooting and routine maintenance of the various PC products and equipment under their watch. May have degrees in Computer Science, Market Research, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Services or other related fields. May work in corporate offices, including finance, insurance, government agencies, publishing, wholesale firms or technical consulting firms. Experience with Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, Apple iOS, Android, and so on), TCP/IP, LAN and WAN connectivity, Ethernet, networking environments, wired and wireless networks, and so on.
